Please be aware of these guidelines when bringing your machine in for service.

  • There is a $35.00 diagnostic fee that will be applied to your bill if your machine needs parts and services.
  • Most machines will be returned within two weeks unless parts are ordered or on back order.
  • Please bring in your machine, its pedal, and its power supply when you bring in your machine so we can fully diagnose your machine.
  • Machines left unclaimed for three months after notification of completion of repair will be disposed of by The Village Quilt Shop unless other arrangements are made in advance.
  • A receipt of purchase must be included with your machine if the work is to be covered by warranty.
  • As soon as your machine is ready, we will call, text, and/or email you.
